Access from Manila
When wishing to travel from Manila to Taytay, tourists have many options to choose from;
Option 1- Air (local airport, travel time- 2 hours to the destination)
· Passengers fly with the airline Sea Air from Manila Airport to Cesar Rodriguez Airport in Barangay Sandoval, Taytay, Palawan.
o This one hour flight runs once a day and can transport 17 guests of Apulit Island Resort per day.
· Poblacion, Taytay, Palawan is a one hour land transport from the airport. This access road is not fully paved still needs to be improved.
Option 2 –Air (Puerto Princesa Airport, travel time-5 hours to the destinations)
- This option is the most popular among Taytay visitors
· Passengers fly from Manila airport to Puerto Princesa City airport
o Passengers can choose from 4 or 5 airlines, which run multiple trips per day.
· From Puerto Princesa, passengers may either take a three and a half hour shuttle ride, or a five hour bus ride into Taytay
o The shuttle runs 5 times per day and has the capacity for 14 passengers.
o The bus runs 5 times a day and has the capacity to transport more than 50 passengers.
Option 3 -Sea
· Boat ride from Manila seaport to Puerto Princesa city
o This eighteen hour trip runs once a week.
· From Puerto Princesa, passengers may either take a three and a half hour shuttle ride, or a five hour bus ride into Taytay
o The shuttle runs 5 times per day and has the capacity for 14 passengers.
o The bus runs 5 times a day and has the capacity to transport more than 50 passengers.

o This 33 hour boat trip provides weekly trips for passengers and cargo.
